Dr. Christine Dranzoa
Dr. Dranzoa is an associate professor at Makerere University, in Kampala, Uganda. She is also the deputy director of grad studies, a research fellow at the University of Manitoba, and the project director of the CIDA Makerere - UManitoba Project in Rural Livelihoods through Community Based Sustainable Tourism. She has won various awards in wildlife conservation and the Model of Excellence Award in African Womens Educationalists. |

Dr. Hannington Oryem-Origa
Dr. Oryem-Origa is currently a professor of Botany at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. He is the former department head, associate dean and dean of science. His research interests include plant growth and development, environmental pollution, restoration ecology, ecology and ethnobotany. |

Dr. Maud Kamatenesi-Mugisha
Dr. Kamatenesi–Mugisha is the senior lecturer in medicinal ethnobotany, conservation biology, ethnopharmacology, gender and community conservation, biodiversity management, policy guidelines in herbal medicine and health care delivery in rural communities at Makerere University, in Kampala, Uganda. She is also the team leader/program coordinator/principal investigator in various related projects like environment and sustainable dryland management program. |
